ThaiIDCard.com provides a smartcard reading service and API for developers. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Free Developer Plan

Developers are eligible for **one (1) free device license** for testing purposes. This free plan allows testing the smartcard API on a single device.

3. Paid Subscription Plan

• Each additional smartcard device requires a subscription.
• The subscription fee is **59 Baht per smartcard device per month**, including VAT.
• Payments are non-refundable and must be made in advance.

4. Usage Limitations

• The API is strictly for **developer use only**.
• Data retrieved from Thai ID Smartcards **must not** be stored or shared without consent.
• Developers are responsible for ensuring **PDPA compliance** when handling personal data.

5. Termination and Refund Policy

• ThaiIDCard.com reserves the right to **suspend or terminate** accounts that violate our terms.
• There are **no refunds** for subscription payments once processed.
• Developers may cancel their subscription at any time, but services will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
